CEO reached out and set me up with someone on the strategy team. After an initial call, I met with the CEO for a longer interview. We proceeded to have two, 1:1 interviews within a few days. Spoke through my background/experience and was moved forward in interview process. Ended up creating 2 pitch decks and having 6+ interviews over the course of 3 weeks, speaking with both founders and everyone from the sales team to engineering. I was consistently sent positive signals (to include the benefits package in an email that said "I hope this gives you a few more reasons to make us your first choice!" In the end, the CEO decided to not extend an offer due to a lack of industry experience. This was discussed at length in our first call so not sure why they wasted my time and had me interview with so many people (wasting nearly a month of my job search). Nice employees but I wouldn't recommend wasting your time. Insanely long process without transparent feedback.
