-Final interview with a panel of supervisors. There is a walk through your resume, followed by each supervisor taking turns asking you situational questions (which require the STAR response method), and finalized with a role-play that simulates a probable scenario in this role. The interview process was smooth. Everything went well. There were quite a few different rounds that I had to go through for interviewing. They brought in different managers to listen in on one prospect. That was a little intimidating but it went well non the less.
