The process was very unusual and impersonal. Someone called me with no video (red flag), spoke to me very fast saying all what it is not allowed and decribing a typical day in a negative way. Not welcoming at all.
The worst was when she told me the salary for LatinAmerican people...The job offer stated 60-140 K a year, but she told me that the base was $ 300 a month. Lower than the salaries we can receive in South America. Completely discriminatory and out of the market by the way.

I was sent interview questions on a Google Doc form. There were about 20 questions to answer some of which required long responses. I never heard back after submitted the form even after reaching out to them. They pretty much just ghosted me. Very unprofessional company, one which I would not recommend.
