I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CreditXpert (Towson, MD) in Jul 2008
Interview
I had a phone interview about my experience and skills first. There were two managers on the phone and it lasted about an hour. There were detailed questions to test my knowledge of project management as well as questions about past projects I managed. They asked for a salary expectation, which I did not provide.
I had a full day in-person interview with all the management of the company in groups of 2 or 3, as well as a one on one with the hiring manager. Nearly all of their questions were preplanned, rather than off the tops of their heads, and they asked lots of follow up questions. At least some of them seemed to have training on interviewing skills.
The next day, the hiring manager called me and asked a few more questions to answer objections raised by other interviewers. After that, he offered me the job on the same call.

Interview
Great interview experience - standard phone screening process into on site interviews. Everyone I spoke with was professional and transparent about the benefits and challenges associated with this position and the company as a whole.
They came across as very genuine and it seems like a truly great place to work. The process was truly enjoyable.
