Process was entirely remote the approach came via LinkedIn. It was carried out exactly as explained at the opening stage. So, consistent and no surprises. 3 rounds in total, one with the internal recruiter and two with senior team members. All interviews were focused and effectively timeboxed leaving a good impression. From start to end process was quick and satisfactory- this was important to me as I had no prior knowledge of Crosslake.
