Question 1
How would you approach this niche problem that you've never encountered but I've been working on for 10 years and have discovered all the nuances through experience?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview is not really hard, the coding question isn't really in the area of data science, but more random coding - I feel like this is not really showcasing of the skills required
It started with a form to fill out with some technical questions inside it, then what followed was a coding assessment with a few easy questions, then lastly was a single final interview.
I was misled into thinking that it was going to be a technical and behavioral interview, but there was no behavioral part at all and it was more of a case interview. Additionally, the whole thing was focused on one specific topic, so if you were having an off day or wasn't well versed in that topic, you were not going to do well.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Mar 2021
Interview
The first part of the recruitment process is a hacker challenge that contains some algorithmic problems, some multiple answer question and a Machine Learning problem. After this stage, there are 3 more interviews: a HR interview, and two more technical interviews with the Manager.
