Interview
After applying directly on the website I was contacted via email within an hour to discuss background and salary needs. Recruiter was transparent about needs and on-call requirements and I still wanted to move forward.
First interview was with Principal Consultant, very clear and concise, some basic technical questions on AWS IAM, KMS, S3, and security services. They spoke about typical day.
Next was a panel interview with VP, Director, and Team Lead. More behavior questions and why I wanted to leave. I was kidding myself about WLB as the position itself does not cater to great WLB and that's why I was leaving current job. More technical scenario questions about compromised S3 bucket, how to investigate.
I had to reach out to recruiter for details on this interview which they decided to pass on.

Question 1
Why are you wanting to leave your current position?
An S3 bucket is compromised, how do you figure out which objects were taken?
Then interviewer said "assume this and assume that" which throws a wrench into your reasoning. Not sure if there was an answer they wanted.

Interview
Applied for this position and had initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition Lead, whch led to scheduling a first round interview. After joining the interview call the recruiter joined to say the interviewer had to deal with something at work so would have to reschedule, which I understand can happen. However, the following week I again attended the interview only for the interviewer to fail to show at all. Having given up my time for two weeks running, both for the interview and preparing for the interview, I realised this conpany and hiring manager wasn't a good match for me.
