I had a phone interview that was relatively easy and went well. I was scheduled for a second phone interview with their head of HR but that never happened. Ten minutes after our call was scheduled to start, I received an email stating that it would need to be rescheduled for another time. We rescheduled and the same thing happened. After that I received and email asking for my availability to reschedule, I provided that to them and never heard back. A few weeks later I received an email saying that the head of HR (who I never spoke to) enjoyed speaking with me but was going to move forward with another candidate. Overall it was a really negative experience and I hope that they are able to improve their recruiting process and are more considerate of their candidates time.

Contacted by recruiter for telephone interview. He set the time and the date. Waited for the interview to happen. He never bothered to phone or email - even after I attempted a follow up. Two days later the company sends email response :
