In person interview for part time role with the operations manager as front desk manager recently resigned. Was told to expect call from upper management within 1-2 weeks due to holidays. Did not hear from them and the ops manager didn't reply to texts until after new year's day, telling me they hired others to fill full time roles.

Why did you choose to apply to Crunch as opposed to other gyms in the area?

Interview
The process was very quick. I applied and introduced myself in person to the Assistant General Manager on the same day and then had an interview the following day. It was pretty informal. I met with the Operations Manager to go over a few basic questions about the schedule and responsibilities.

Do you have a problem with engaging with new and current gym members?
The interview process was super quick and easy. only asked a few questions. There was only one interview and I was hired immediately on the spot. Attire for the interview can be very casual considering it is a gym (nice shirt and jeans).
