I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Crunchtime (Boston, MA) in Sep 2017
Interview
It took a while because the HR system is new. But in overall it was great. A couple of screen phone interviews an in-person interview to review my background and verifying some technical skills and all went through.

Question 1
One question was about a scenario they present to me, how will I develop a solution to those situations or new environments.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crunchtime in Jun 2025
Interview
8 interviews, of 1 hour each one, a lot of effort put, and a lot of time invested to just receive a rejection. These people think that have free time just to do their interviews and be rejected, that should be ilegal, crazy world we live in

Extremely unprofessional recruiting team. I had a recruiter screening scheduled. Recruiter didn't show up or send a notice that they needed to reschedule. Next morning they tell me they needed to reschedule and asked if we could do it later that day. I agree. And AGAIN the recruiter doesn't show without any notice. This time they did not follow up. That's a lack of respect for candidates and a waste of their time. Stay away from them.
