This was one of the most disappointing interview processes I have been through. I had the initial call with the recruiter and then heard nothing for months. After constant outreach to them, with no response, I finally received an email to set up an in-person interview months later. The employee was apologetic and I thought the lack in communication would be behind us. I took 3 hours out of my workday to interview with 4 employees/managers/senior leadership. It went well and enjoyed everyone I met with. I was told by the recruiter that I would hear back within a couple days and yet again, no outreach whatsoever. It was incredibly disorganized and very unfair to ask someone to take that much time and then not show them courtesy of following up. Very unprofessional experience.
