I was interviewed for a global position at Crunchtime. The interviews were great and I had the chance to meet some really smart and upbeat people. It lasted for around 2-3 months and I had around 6 rounds of interview in total. I was selected for the role and we agreed on the renumeration too. What happened next was super unprofessional. Never heard back on the offer letter, and the position was removed from their career page. Companies should be mindful on using someone’s time. I took a lot of effort to attend meetings outside my normal time zone (As late as 09:00 pm or 12 midnight). A simple thank you outlining the final decision is never harmful. Disappointing experience.
