      I interviewed at Crunchtime

      Interview

My experience with Crunchtime's interview process was extremely frustrating. Despite being **overqualified for the role, I went through a 7-part interview process where I was asked the same questions repeatedly. After all that, they requested my references but ultimately didn’t extend an offer. To make matters worse, the BDR manager messaged me on LinkedIn at 10 PM, asking if I’d be okay accepting a BDR role—despite my qualifications. I even turned down other offers with higher pay because I was genuinely excited about the company. Overall, it was a poor experience that wasted a lot of my time.
