I was contacted by HR after submitting my application online. We set up a phone interview, and when I was judged to be a good potential employee I came to the offices themselves and met with several of the managers that I would be working with, including my direct manager. They gave me a tour of the office building and asked me a lot of questions over the course of about an hour and a half to two hours. They were all very friendly. I also did a skills test where I was asked to take materials provided and design a page fitting for the catalog.
