Then Technical Expertise and Drug test. If the drug test is passed and they want to hire you, you come back in for a salary negotiation with your direct boss At first glance, the culture was great (though there are some issues with sexism and bigotry in the middle management). Just be professional, show interest and exhibit your knowledge of both the products sold and your technical expertise. Be nice and be humble.
