Personal interview...public setting. Interview was a very casual basis. Interviewer took the time to ask many questions based on experience, skills, and goals. Education was important in the future of the position, however the pay didn't equate much for the hours of training, driving, and the added time for on going education and training seminars. This was the first one on one interview leading to the last process of meeting the owners.
