too loooooong... The process lasts more than 6 months. I had around 8 interviews. They used to give a false impression about the process and in the end, they didn't even bother to inform me that I didn't get the job (after they said that the last call is just for formality). After sending 5 emails over a month they told me I didn't get the job. This is not a way to treat candidates and it shows a lot about the culture of the company.

Interview
My interaction with the TA and the first-round hiring manager was pretty pleasant. However, I received no response for weeks after following up. This lack of communication was disappointing and tarnished an otherwise positive experience.
