HR was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. 4 interview stages: First with HR, then the design manager, 2 assessment tasks, and a final interview with the product team head. The first two interviews were conducted online and focused rather heavily on your soft skills to see how you fit in with the team. Home assessment tasks were on improving a simple crypto page, and on writing an onboarding article. While I didn’t get the offer, they were kind to provide lots of feedback on the different interview stages, which was refreshing to see.
