The recruiter reached out to me and it was by far the least stressful "job conversation". This whole process was new to me because of the times we are in, and she was ON IT with communication. Because we cannot meet face to face, I felt nervous of being "LOST" in email. But that was never the case. She was very clear from the start on how many interviews I'd be having and the shared the why's which I loved. Most the time you just interview and don't really get to know anyone. I felt like I had the time to get to know people and have REAL conversations that were not only about the expectations of the job, but expectations of character and WHO they wanted to fill the role. I wasn't interviewing for a job, I was here for a career and that is exactly what it felt like. They took the time to get to know me, and to make sure it was a fit for them and myself. The best part was how EASY it was to get in touch with Christeen, the recruiter there. She would text back at 8p, or follow up first thing in the morning. I felt a part of the team before I was even hired. So many jobs I've had, I end up not enjoying being there due to other issues with work productivity of other employees, so I highly enjoyed the fact that Crystal takes the time to make sure it's a fit for both parties.
