Interview Process Review – Crystalia Glass
I recently went through the full interview process with Crystalia Glass, and it was one of the most professional and structured recruitment experiences I’ve had.
Timeline & Communication:
From the very first email, communication was clear and timely. The Talent Acquisition Partner (Alexandra) kept me informed at every step, explaining what to expect and when. Even when internal scheduling adjustments were needed, I was updated quickly.
Interview Structure:
The process included:
An introductory video recording (great way to introduce yourself in a low-pressure format)
A live interview with Talent Acquisition
A product and lead-qualification assessment with the product trainer and HR assistant
A final discussion with the Head of Sales
Each stage felt purposeful and gave me the opportunity to showcase my skills, rather than just answer generic questions.
Professionalism:
Everyone I spoke with was approachable, well-prepared, and genuinely interested in my background. I particularly appreciated that the team focused on mutual fit — not just whether I could do the job, but whether the company was right for me too.
Key Positives:
Clear, structured process with no wasted time
Prompt follow-ups and transparency about next steps
Engaging role play and scenario-based questions that tested real skills
Respectful and friendly interviewers who encouraged open conversation
Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and motivating — it made me even more excited about potentially joining the team.
