I was scheduled for a phone interview time slot literally the day of the interview, confirmed it in the calendar just for them to literally cancel 15 minutes before the interview was supposed to take place to tell me coldly that an internal candidate has been chosen. It was the most unprofessional communication I've experienced in regards to an application and interview.
