Phone interview followed by face to face. Phone interview lasted 30-45 minutes and wast called for fact to face interview. Had 4 rounds with different leads from different team (hardware, sofrware, product engineering and last round with Director of engineering).
They asked me to fill the form for background checks with references from previous employers (Mangers and peers).

Lead Systems Engineer and Principal Systems Engineer, in-person interview. Comfortable setting. Relaxed discussion. They were willing to answer questions about advancement and the criteria to advance. They were willing to describe what a typical day would be like in the role I was interviewing for.
