I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cubic (Niš) in May 2020
Interview
The technical interview process was going through steps. The first were logical questions, then OOP concepts through examples, and then they were questions about algorithmic problems including graph problems (like an SSSP). After the technical interview basic questions about why you want to work etc. The problem was only because the interview was going for one hour. Little time for too many different subjects.
Got an email from the team to schedule zoom interview. Easy interview questions. It's more of getting to know you. They want to know about your abilities and motivation. It took about a week to find out about the decision
A few general questions and a python coding problem. The description of the problem is very vague and hard to understand. Never heard from them ever since. No feedback at all.
