I applied online, got a recruiter screen, had a 30 min manager screen, then attended a 1 hour panel interview. During the interviews we just talked about my backend/experiences along with the role itself. After the interview I talked to HR about salary. A week later I was verbally offered the job! 2 weeks after that I was verbally offered the job again. This was over a month ago and I have been completed ghosted since.
