Took 3.5 weeks -Call with recuiter (40min) -Call with hiring manager (35min) Ultimately rejected, no reason given even though I was highly qualified for the position. A week later I get cc’d on an email where recuiter I worked with is onboarding someone else for another position. I had to read that email about start dates and how they were happy to onboard, someone else. It was a gut-punch to read. Recuiter apologized for the error only after I responded to the email. Terrible , they may have been able to brush it off but I’ll still remember it as a bad experience.
