Subsequently, they arranged a first-stage HR interview, followed by a technical interview, which went smoothly with standard questions. A few days later, they requested a second interview with the same individuals and similar questions, perhaps to gauge consistency in my responses. It was challenging to maintain the same level of enthusiasm and responses. However, I had already decided that I wouldn't accept the job if offered, as contracting offered better pay. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to express this decision, as despite three interviews, I never received any feedback or acknowledgment of my application's outcome. Manners would be nice.
