I applied online. I interviewed at Cubic (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process was amazing, the hiring team described the job well and daily tasks I would have. The questions I had for the team were answered well and overall it was a great process.
One 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager then 3 30 min interviews, questions were different from each person. Questions were based upon resume, behavioral, and what if scenarios. All interviewers were nice and conversational. HR was the last conversation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cubic (Fort Irwin, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview was telephonically, asking me about my basic military background and experience. Was I retired, what was my MOS. Did I have a security clearance, how long ago did I get it? Am I willing to travel for 3 weeks at a time. What are my computer skills? Overall a very good interview.
