I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cubic (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied online, received an interview request two weeks later, and brought in for a face-to-face within a month from applying. the interview was very non-technical, more of a gauge of character. The interview process was very relaxed and the interviewers seemed to be as nervous as I was. First, I met with the manager, then with various key team members individually. After the first interview, I was given an offer by HR and brought in the following Monday for orientation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cubic (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Interview split up into 3 segments. HR, supervisor and subsequently a task based assignment. Very standard format. People were nice and very personable. Had extensive tour of facilities after interview to understand product line. Overall good to average experience. However, did not get a rejection notification for a long time after interview. Had to meet the HR person at a job fair to ask about the outcome of the interview. To me, that is not the most polite way to reject an applicant.
