Cubic Linux Systems Administrator interview questions

I have applied for a job and it took almost 2 years to answer the application with "we have decided to not fill this position". It is the longest time, I have ever seen in my career :) It is so long, that even Glassdoor throw an error: Interview process length cannot exceed 365 days.
