Interview
Phone screener with HR representative. About 15 minutes discussing role, company, further steps, etc. Received invitation to interview about a week later. 45 minute interview conducted with 3 engineers (Director/hiring manager, and early-career engineer). It was a relaxed, friendly conversation. No behavioral/technical questions for my interview. Mainly just a few basic questions about stuff of my resume, and the majority of the time was them talking about what they do, what you'd do as an intern, the company, etc.. very relaxed.
