I Received a call within minutes of submitting my resume. Had about a 20 min conversation with the guy before setting up an interview. Day of the interview, everything had seemed to go very well until the end... The guy then mentions to me that “ they may not hire me because I am a women....” Claiming times have changed and having a women as a sales representative may not be safe. Upon questioning why he called me for an interview, his response was, he feels as if I am a good fit for the job, but he had to convince his boss that. He ended with letting me know that he would contact me by Monday at the latest. Upon following up on the following Wednesday, he ask if he could call me back in 15 mins. I did not receive any call back. Even had the interview not been what he perceived to be good enough, discriminating against me because I am a women, probably shouldn’t have been his excuse.

Interview
1st interview a phone conversation, offered 2nd interview, went great. Offered 3rd interview, the recruiter ghosted for a week, I follow up multiple times because he asked me what date and time is good for the third interview with the VP of sales. Finally responds a week later said they offered the job to someone else. Love corporate companies like this, super fun just chatting with strangers for absolutely no reason. If you're wanting to practice your interview skills this is a great company to apply to.

Interview
Steady and informative. I was able to track where the next round of questions would come from by prediction built on expanding the current round of questions. Very professional and respectful

Interview
The process was pretty direct. A Zoom call with HR, followed by an in-person interview with the local manager, and then finally with the franchise owner. The questions pertained to your sales background.
