For corporate Culligan you start with a group zoom presentation about the job. If interested email that you attended the zoom. From there you get a one on one zoom interview, If that goes well your invited for a face to face hour long interview. From there you shadow an appointment. From that point you must interview again with more higher ups. If that goes well then your in. Expect at least a month long process.

1st interview a phone conversation, offered 2nd interview, went great. Offered 3rd interview, the recruiter ghosted for a week, I follow up multiple times because he asked me what date and time is good for the third interview with the VP of sales. Finally responds a week later said they offered the job to someone else. Love corporate companies like this, super fun just chatting with strangers for absolutely no reason. If you're wanting to practice your interview skills this is a great company to apply to.
