Incredibly nice and very specific about good core values. What type of person you are. Incredibly respectful and value your opinion and your goals. This was one of the best interviews I have ever had for a part time position. You are definitely respected through the entire process.
it was short and sufficient they were kind and asked many questions about myself and asked questions to get to know me. They gave me a run down of how my days would look and what I would be required to do and I got a tour of the building.
