Interview
I submitted an application online and got a call from one of the store managers about a week later asking me if I can come in for an interview. When I went in for the interview, the assistant manager interviewing me was very unfriendly, seemed very bored and uninterested, and was very unengaging. Regardless, the interview questions were pretty simple on my part and the whole thing took about 15 minutes, if that. The man said he would for sure contact me either the next day or if not then, then by Thursday of that week (my interview was on a Monday). I never heard from him again, and I was very displeased with the total un-professionalism of him and his lack of contacting me.
it was short and sufficient they were kind and asked many questions about myself and asked questions to get to know me. They gave me a run down of how my days would look and what I would be required to do and I got a tour of the building.
Relaxed one on one environment with an assistant manager. I was asked basic questions about my work/volunteer experience and my interests outside of school and work. I received an offer at the end of the interview
