I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Culver's (Bettendorf, IA) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was alright. I just sat and talked to the franchise owner about everything that I should expected upon arrival to the team in Culver's. I was a sort of cliche review but it was my first review anyways and got a bit nervous at times.
it was short and sufficient they were kind and asked many questions about myself and asked questions to get to know me. They gave me a run down of how my days would look and what I would be required to do and I got a tour of the building.
Relaxed one on one environment with an assistant manager. I was asked basic questions about my work/volunteer experience and my interests outside of school and work. I received an offer at the end of the interview
