The application process was easy, I received a text allowing me to schedule the interview. I showed up, I was given a cup for a beverage and waited <5 minutes for the manager to come talk to me. They asked about my food service experience, my availability, and pay expectations. They told me about the company and the team organization- which were all good. No hard questions or oddballs, just felt like a genuine conversation and a place that cares about their employees. They emphasized the ability to move up within the company.
