I applied through their website, had a telephone interview, 2 weeks later I recieved an online SHL assessment and was invited to attend the graduate hiring day, where I was interviewed.

it was at a career fair, I talked to a recruiter and got an interview at the same time. it was 40 min long. I got asked both technical and behavioral questions

what was a big mistake you have done at work and how you fixed it.
It was a behavioral interview at Grace Hopper. The interviewer was really nice. She asked me a few questions, and I answered using examples from my resume. The interview took about 30 minutes, and there were a few minutes left in the end for me to ask about her experience.

Interview
Completed online application. Was contacted by recruiter few days later to schedule phone interview. Was asked basic behavioral questions. Interview was real easy, felt like I did pretty good. Recruiter wasn't unfriendly but she wasn't friendly either. Got an email a week later saying that they weren't moving forward with my application.
