Interview
I had two interviews: behavioral and resume-based. I received an invitation to receive a second interview about four days after my first interview. The second interview was mainly to assess my knowledge of supply chain; they had me walk them through my resume. After the completion of the second interview, it took a month or so to get a formal offer. The offer was given first verbally through a phone call and then via email containing official documents.

I applied through my school, was called to set up an in person interview.
The interview was with two supervisors.Lasted an hour. They do a background check and afterwards they called me with a starting date.
