Interview
I was interviewed directly by an electronics talent scout at the HEENAC Conference. I did not have to go through HR because the talent scout was able to make both the technical and behavioral interview questions. Since I was a college hire, the questions were mostly behavioral and a few were controls related.The behavior questions were situations that helped the recruiter assess me in the core values of Cummins, such as integrity.

Question 1
Describe a controls system by showing the interactions between inputs and outputs.
Interview process is typical of employers within the industry. It involved 2 separate interviews, one 30 min meeting with a recruiter and another longer 1 hour meeting with the team leader.
Relatively simple. Talked about my experience and various scenarios that may come up in real life. Be through with the basics of controls theory and your projects and you should have a good chance of acing the interview
