I applied online and they got back to me within three days. It was a short phone screening followed by two in-person interviews. The first interview was with a panel of three people, one HR manager and two managers I would be working with. The second interview was with the unit director. The period between the first interview and the screening was about five days and the second interview was two days after the first. An offer was made a week later. The whole process took about 3 weeks from time of application.
