Had a preliminary phone call interview then an in person interview the next week. They asked me two questions during the interview and it felt like when I came in the office they had already made their decision. That being said everyone I talked to was nice and it apparently came down to experience. Their interview was easy but I didn’t have a chance from the moment I walked in the door.
