Over a month after applying, received an email asking to schedule a phone screen. Guy on phone was super friendly and would bounce back and forth between giving information about the company and position, to asking questions about what would make me a good fit. Unfortunately, he did not go over schedule and compensation until the end of the interview, and the position starts at $15.00/hr, so I declined.
