Straight forward.Minimal difficulty. Two Step Process - Interviewed first with an overall hiring manager for the entire company and moved to the second phase which was with the local director for that specific facility.
They have a few phone calls with nurses and senior executives. Easy process and explain the company well. Helpful information provided and able to make an idea of how the workflow is.
