Interview was conducted by two employees. One of them was a team leader for the knowhow clinic bar and the other was the team leader in the television section. Very informal interview but quite lengthy. Took roughly around 45 mins to complete. There were lots of stuff that was asked of me. Most were one line answers that was part of a questionnaire. At the end of it I was asked to demo a sales pitch to a customer (in this case it was the store manager who took the role of a customer) who was looking for a specific type of computer. This was the most surprising part of the interview and nonetheless the hardest. But it's not too bad if you know what you are talking about. Since I had experience working on computers (I've got certifications in building and fixing them) for over 10 years, talking about what makes a good buy wasn't too hard. The hard bit was why a customer needed insurance and why they needed the rest of the add-ons, which is what PC World makes profit on. A casual easy going demeanour, but professional at the same time was what they were looking for ultimately. I was told to join straight away once I was done with the interview.
