I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Currys (Wakefield, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interviewer was running a little late so I had to float around in the shop for about 20 minutes before I was taken into the manager's office in the back of the store. Then a formal interview took place where I was asked a lot of the usual questions such as why do you want to work for Currys?
Immediately after this I had to do a practical interview where I went around the shop floor completing a survey about a potential new broadband comparison service from Dixons Carphone. During this time I was also encouraged to speak to current members of staff about the role.
I did not hear back for over a week until I got an email saying I didn't get the job.
Thank you for leaving your comments . Dixons Carphone appreciate the time you have taken to provide your comments & feedback to us regarding our processes..
Other Sales Colleague Interview Reviews for Currys

First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
