Contacted directly by in-house recruiter. Late for initial screening call. Told perfect for role, and another upcoming role. Expecting interview availability contact but recruiter completely ignored me from there on, continuing to advertise vacancy. Very unprofessional and would not want to work for a company with this poor approach.
