I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Currys (Basildon, East of England, England) in Sep 2023
Interview
Really lovely interview. Was a bit long however, I feel that's on my part as I am a chatter box. The manager was professional yet warm and provided in depth detail regarding the job. I found the interview easy due to my experience, but I feel for anyone who's just starting in work, prep for sales and customer service based questions. There's only 4 questions but they are long and detailed. Overall, a very pleasant interview. They did a fantastic job.

Question 1

I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
