Simple, behavioural questions nothing difficult. Don’t have to do any demos or any pitch. Just basic common questions you get when you search interview questions. 1 round talk with manager and that’s it
I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
