Apply. Come back when Store Manager is in. Talk to Store Manager. Wait for call. I would suggest applying in person when the Store Manager is there, and asking to speak to him/her. Was a very "Mom & Pop" style hiring, which I definitely prefer to the all too common 100 question personality quiz online that most employers are headed towards.
