Initial phone interview with HR was unprofessional at best. Repeatedly asked about salary needs before I knew any details a out the job, even after I said I wanted to know more about the job. Moreover I was asked if I was married and how many children I have!!
I was invited for a personal interview which was much more professional and relaxing.
